The Journey: 2025-

November 2023 - May 2025: Growing as a Photographer

I start this “timeline” at November 2023. I was in a state of constant overworking and depression. After finally fed up with my lifestyle, I bought a camera with my last paycheck, my Canon EOS R100. I left work for 5 months to learn photography and living off my savings until I decided to get back into the work force. Photography gave me a new purpose in life and help me feel at ease with life’s troubles. Moving into 2025, I started travelling out of state to the mountains ranges in New York for landscape photography. Landscapes have and will always be my favorite things to photograph.

June 2025: Catskill Mountains, New York

Back in April, I picked up my bicycle for the first time in a decade. Almost everyday, I was riding, slowly getting better with distance and pesky hills. In June, I embarked on an overnight ride in New York’s Catskill Mountains. I definitely was not ready for any kind of mountainous terrain. Long story short, escort was needed to get me back to my car on the second day.
